Key Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Director to manage our commercial broker panel and contribute to Avant Finance's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne and be responsible for establishing, growing, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Business Development: Establish a robust client base through strategic relationship building
- Pro-actively manage existing client relationships with regular pipeline reviews and estimated deal flow analysis
- Maintain high service standards by preparing credit submissions and ensuring timely communications and follow-ups
- Attend key industry conferences, broker, and client functions as required
