Sales Director

We are seeking a driven sales leader to spearhead NCS Australia's growth in Canberra, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue targets. As part of our Markets team, you'll collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market.
In this role, you will develop strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space. You'll manage key accounts, create value propositions, and craft innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes. A strong understanding of federal government sectors is advantageous.
This is your opportunity to help shape NCS's growth strategy and build relationships that matter. You'll be part of a company that's big enough to make a difference but small enough to remain agile and responsive.
To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancy, as well as a proven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new business. You'll also require a strong network of federal government contacts and the ability to drive complex bids, including responding to RFI's and RFP's.

NCS Australia offers a competitive salary of AUD 120,000 - AUD 150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including paid parental leave, discounted health insurance, and career development opportunities.
