Strategic Sales Director

NRI Australia Limited is a leading IT business solutions provider, offering a wide range of services including IT management, consulting, cloud solutions, business intelligence and analytics. We are currently seeking a senior sales professional to join our Strategic Sales division, dedicated to large, complex deal specialists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing NRI's presence in the market by selling our services to new accounts and increasing penetration into existing ones. This role requires an experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge of IT consulting and integration, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold overall accountability for NRI's relationship with clients
  • Build and manage account plans for allocated accounts
  • Assemble integrated views of all work undertaken by NRI across accounts
  • Foster multiple connections into accounts through NRI practices and leaders
  • Safeguard NRI's long-term client relationships by advocating client interests
  • Develop deep knowledge of and insights into accounts, leveraging trends, drivers, preferences etc.
  • Develop sales plans and follow agreed processes and standards, utilising NRI representatives, relationships and capabilities as necessary to deliver sales targets assigned
  • Achieve revenue and profitability growth targets

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, paid certifications, flexible working arrangements and a committed health and wellbeing plan. Requirements:

  • Strong technology and sales background on large scale deals
  • Extensive networks in various sector markets, preferably Telco and Public Sector
  • Track record of achieving realistic regional sales targets
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and prioritise markets/opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Demonstrated experience identifying potential growth capability areas via partnering or acquisition
