We are seeking dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality support to customers with complex needs, empowering them to live independently.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced professionals who deliver personalized and respectful assistance tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
- Provide daily living activity assistance and personal care to customers in their homes or community settings
- Support community participation and adaptation to changing routines, ensuring seamless integration into daily life
- Demonstrate expertise in behavior management and support plans to promote emotional regulation and stability
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, with a focus on complex behavior management and support plans
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport customers for community participation
- Able to work successfully both in a team environment and autonomously, prioritizing customer needs above all else
