Our organization is seeking dedicated professionals who can make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disability, illness, injury, or employment barriers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration. We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in this field.
We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills, can maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
To succeed in this role, you must be willing to:
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Pass a Working with Children Check

This role involves working closely with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience. You will identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support them at work and ongoing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increasing employability through training and other support services
- Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organizations
