About this role, you will be responsible for leading the safety and wellbeing agenda at Flavorite. As a strategic leader, you will drive the development of safety and health strategies, ensure compliance with Australian legislation, and foster a positive safety culture across multiple sites.

You will partner with leaders across the business to shape a safe, healthy, and thriving workplace. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Align Safety, Health and Wellbeing strategies with business goals and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Wellbeing & Mental Health Programs: Implement initiatives to promote mental and physical wellbeing, partnering with leaders to embed best practices.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Develop proactive tools to manage risks, lead audits, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Incident & Injury Management: Manage WorkCover claims, return-to-work programs, and coordinate with external providers to support injured team members.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive wellbeing and safety across dynamic sites while supporting the growth of our people and business. With over 100 hectares planned for expansion in the next five years, we are committed to using our growth as a springboard for your success.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
