Business Development Manager
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with key account customers. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and introducing customers to new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with key account customers to ensure loyalty and achieve annual volume and profitability targets.
- Meet customer expectations by delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key account customers, providing expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, service plans, finance, fleet management, and roadside assistance programs.
- Ensure the smooth running of all aspects of each account, including specification, order planning, inventory management, parts support, technical support, product training, and general information liaison.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development, with experience in driving and winning new business.
- The ability to deliver on promises and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate data insights and trends affecting our industries.
- Confidence in presenting to and engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
