Our client is a well-established property developer with an impressive track record spanning luxury developments, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and Build-to-Sell (BTS) projects across Sydney.

This senior role suits a driven property professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a key part in delivering high-quality developments. You'll work across acquisition, planning, design development, and delivery – contributing to projects that shape the built environment in prominent locations.

We're seeking someone with 7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets. You should have a strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling. This role requires proven ability to lead complex projects through all stages from feasibility to delivery. Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

You will be working closely with in-house delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives. Identifying project risks and managing mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle are also critical components of this role.

About You

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling. Proven ability to lead complex projects through all stages from feasibility to delivery.
