**Role Overview**

A dedicated professional is sought to lead a portfolio of clients in residential construction, providing expert advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders, enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of clients in residential construction, providing expert advice as a specialist.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
  • Identify development opportunities within the designated portfolio and design servicing solutions, including additional insurance products and risk management strategies.
  • Manage and oversee Home Warranty Insurance reviews, liaising with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Develop new and profitable business within the region for our organization.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our organization nationally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in driving portfolio growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products.
  • Experience in growing and leveraging professional networks.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and delivering exceptional results for clients and the business.
