Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lawyer to join our team.

  • Prepare applications for grants of probate and letters of administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia.
  • Draft estate planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and advance care directives.
  • Perform administrative duties and office assistance as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on estate planning matters.

This is a full-time position based in Gardenvale, Victoria. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop their skills and expertise in estate planning and administration.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of Australian estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
