Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by guiding families through one of life's most challenging times? We're seeking an Estate Manager to join our team at Equity Trustees. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive estate administration services and managing a diverse portfolio of deceased estates. Your expertise will ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements while fostering strong, empathetic relationships with all stakeholders involved.

**About The Role**:

- Managing a portfolio of distributable estates
- Communicating and liaising with estate beneficiaries and both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the process for obtaining probate and distributing estates is carried out as per the will and as required by legislation in the relevant state
- Working collaboratively with other estate administration team members, administrative support staff
- Contributing to the review of standard estate letters, estate processes and procedures and being actively involved in finalising relevant documents Monitoring account transactions' accuracy and timely processing and attending to estate administrative tasks within required time frames.
- **What You'll Need To Succeed**:

- Proven experience in financial services with a strong background in relationship management.
- Expertise in law, accounting, paralegal work, financial planning, or paraplanning is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with navigating highly regulated environments.
- Strong empathy, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly valued. A tertiary qualification in finance, law, or a related field is highly desirable.
