  1. Probate and Estate Planning Expertise: Prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for different states and jurisdictions in Australia.
  2. Estate Document Drafting: Develop comprehensive estate planning documents that cater to our clients' diverse requirements.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative duties and office assistance as needed.
  4. Customer Engagement: Respond to ad-hoc customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates.
  • The capacity to supervise legal work, mentor and train staff, and contribute to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
