- Administrative Support: Provide administrative duties and office assistance as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to ad-hoc customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

- Substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates.
- The capacity to supervise legal work, mentor and train staff, and contribute to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
