We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Floor Planner to join our professional community. As one of our dedicated floor planners, you will be responsible for visiting multiple residential properties for sale, taking measurements on site, and creating detailed floor and site plans for each property.
This is not an office role or a computer role. It requires measuring and sketching residential properties onsite with flexible working hours and self-determined availability.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate floor plan drawing is required.
- A laser measurement tool is necessary.
- A reliable car and valid driver's license are required.
