About the Role

This is a varied role where you will work across different areas of law including Wills & Estate planning, Probate, Conveyancing, Property Law, Migration, Criminal, and general matters. Your focus will be on providing high-quality service to our clients while developing your skills as a junior lawyer.

  • Work independently on assigned cases
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Represent the firm in court proceedings as required
  • Prepare and review legal documents, correspondence, and advice
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Admission to practice in Victoria (or pending admission)
  • 0-2 years PQE (but strong graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • A genuine interest in Wills & Estates and a desire to work in a general practice environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
