This position involves handling legal work related to wills and estates, providing support to clients during a challenging time.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a positive attitude. They should also have substantial knowledge or experience in wills and estates, with a minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).

The role includes preparing applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, drafting estate planning documents, performing administrative tasks, and handling customer enquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing applications for grants of probate and letters of administration across multiple states and jurisdictions.
  • Drafting estate planning documents tailored to individual needs.
  • Performing administrative tasks and office assistance as required.
  • Handling ad-hoc customer enquiries efficiently.

Additionally, the lawyer will have the opportunity to work on meaningful cases, helping clients in their time of need.
