About the role:

MacTech Build is seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Operations Manager to fill a permanent position.

The job will involve leading, managing and developing administrative services, including financial planning, cash flow management and preparation of procedural statements, guidelines, policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing complex operational issues and initiatives that affect the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions.

• Developing and managing the organization's administrative resources, including contractors.

• Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

• Managing site operations to run on schedule and within budget.

• Reporting to management on key events.

• Obtaining quotes and finding suitable contractors for the job.

• Organizing trades and materials to be delivered on time to create a positive impact on timelines.

• Implementing and adhering to a safe working environment.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team and alone.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Earn an estimated annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Salary details are based on industry standards and location factors.
