Senior Compliance Administrator for Asphalt Operations

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to join our Asphalt Operations team in a newly created role. This position will provide key support and oversight of administrative requirements for Asphalt National Logistics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Logistics managers in retrieving and collating contractor audit information.
  • Action Mass/Maintenance/Fatigue accreditation to ensure all paperwork remains current.
  • Champion Rapid Global and administer system access for contractors and drivers.
  • Provide national reports on inducted drivers to inform operations.
  • Champion files nationally and report on gaps in truck and driver standards.
  • Source and upload driver/truck information into 3rd party induction systems.
  • Support project-specific SWMS and transport safety requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience in Administration roles within civil contracting/construction/project management industries.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
