Daily Cleaning and Maintenance Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper (Wellness & Hygiene). This full-time role is based in Brisbane and involves maintaining the daily presentation and overall aesthetic of our properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Cleaning public areas, including common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym, and laundry using carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing machines.
  2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety obligations.
  3. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, starting between 6 am and 8 am, with occasional weekend work as required.
  4. Weekly and monthly cleaning of student rooms.
  5. Preparing buildings for open houses and tours.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment.
  • Awareness of health and safety obligations.
  • Ability to relate to young adults while maintaining professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and boundaries.
  • 1-2 years of cleaning experience in hotels or commercial spaces.
