The Role:

This role is responsible for the upkeep of Crystalbrook Vincent, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's systems and facilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

The position involves daily maintenance operations, performing tasks related to building systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance, energy management, and fire/life safety protocols. Key responsibilities include ensuring the reliable operation of equipment, maintaining a positive image of the hotel, and completing daily maintenance and preventative tasks.

The successful candidate will enhance the guest experience by:

  • Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of equipment and facilities for guests and staff
  • Maintaining a positive image of the hotel and protecting its assets
  • Completing daily maintenance and preventative tasks
  • Championing WH&S standards in all work areas
  • Responding promptly to urgent repair requests
  • Performing hands-on maintenance tasks
