Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Property Maintenance Professional. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation within our luxury apartments and common areas.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping all types of surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside apartments, common areas, and outdoor recreational spaces.
  • Use and handle cleaning chemicals and consumables safely and correctly.
  • Cleaning ceiling vents, hosing paths, and performing other required tasks based on business demands.
  • Restocking common area consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
  • Monitoring supply levels, reporting shortages, and stocking materials in designated areas.
  • Keeping facilities and common areas clean, well-maintained, and visually pristine.
  • Cleaning up spills using appropriate equipment and procedures.
  • Collecting and disposing of trash, including daily rubbish runs and recycling collections.
  • Assisting with basic gardening and groundskeeping tasks as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: In cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance, ideally within luxury residences, hotels, or high-end accommodation.
  • Cleaning Techniques: A strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintaining a pristine environment.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer Service: A professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a high level of service to residents and guests.

  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of movement.
