About the Role

As a Hotel Duty Manager at Rydges Cronulla, you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the hotel. Your goal will be to ensure the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction while maximizing rooms and other related revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity in all areas of hotel operations
  • Resolve guest feedback and complaints efficiently and effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in front office operations, preferably with supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and clear communication
  • Experience with Opera PMS is preferred, as well as group reservation experience
