  • Daily front desk tasks require seamless execution, and you must ensure that all aspects run smoothly.
  • Developing strategies to drive guest satisfaction across all touchpoints is crucial for success.
  • Rostering and payroll management must be accurate to avoid any disruptions.
  • Collaboration with the Hotel Manager is vital in maintaining the hotel's appearance and amenities.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you must hold a current management position (e.g. Duty Manager) with a genuine passion for delivering excellent guest service.
  • Prior experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • You should demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for building strong relationships with guests and understand the importance of fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills are essential, and you must be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is critical to your success.
  • You should present yourself professionally and respectfully at all times.
