Hotel Representative

We are seeking an experienced hotel representative to join our team. As a night guest service agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience at our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception to guests upon arrival
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues
  • Process guest reservations and updates accurately and efficiently
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay
