We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Finance Graduate program. This three-year customized graduate development program is designed to shape your career in finance, providing you with hands-on experience and expertise in various areas.
You will learn about corporate finance, including financial accounting, statutory requirements, and financial planning & analysis. You will also gain experience in financial shared services, internal audit, location accounting, and tax & treasury support.
About the RoleThis role offers diverse experiences, from working in our corporate offices to a local on-site environment within our mines, powerhouses, and alumina refineries. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, rotate through different departments, and develop valuable skills.

As a Finance Graduate at our organization, you will develop hands-on experience and expertise in:
- Corporate Finance – including financial accounting, statutory requirements, and financial planning & analysis.
- Financial Shared Services – critical month end costing processes for raw materials & inventory, asset inventory, and other key controllership requirements.
- Internal Audit – key controllership and involvement in internal audits of operations.
- Location Accounting – business partnering and management accounting.
- Tax & Treasury Support.
Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training. You will also have diverse experiences, increasing responsibility, and opportunities to build connections with your fellow graduates.
