Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily fund activities, collaborating with investors, fund managers, and third-party entities.
- Prepare periodic Net Asset Value calculations, year-end financial statements, and review fund-related reports.
- Manage fund accounts, prepare periodic reports, and regulatory reports for fund entities.
- Coordinate investor servicing activities, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
- Support senior officers and managers in delivering high-quality work to clients.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required by senior officers, managers, or clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong academic background, preferably in accounting.
- Qualification as a newly qualified/partially qualified accountant (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA).
- Prior knowledge or experience working in financial services, especially alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds), is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Mature and detail-focused individual with a high level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
