Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Fund Administration Specialist to administer the unit registry investor services function for various clients in the managed fund industry.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve processing financial transactions, conducting regular reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and distributions
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized records and files
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in finance or a related field is desirable
  • 1+ years of experience in Unit Registry or Fund Administration is preferred
  • RG146 certification is highly valued
