Job Description

As a key member of our Private Equity Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a large PE client and working closely with internal teams and the Investment Advisor.

Key components of the role include liaising with internal teams and the Investment Advisor, completion of cash management tasks, completion of all aspects of investor administration, and dealing with ad-hoc queries as they arise.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, a positive attitude, and a customer service orientation with a concern for quality.

You will work in a flexible and collaborative work culture, where financial strength and stability is an asset that emboldens us to explore new ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Fund Administrator with a signatory element
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
  • 2-4 years fund admin experience in reputed Fund manager/custodian/Administrator
  • Experience in Prep FS under AASB /IFRS and liaisoning and finalizing audits for investment funds
  • Experience in AU distribution calculations for Trusts
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines
  • Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of Investran would be an advantage
  • Industry knowledge - know various financial instruments, local regulations and laws
