Sydney Fund Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for the tax accounting and distribution process for our Australian business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the fund accounting work of external administrators
  • Deliver accurate and timely tax reporting
  • Manage auditors throughout the tax audit process
  • Maintain fund tax profiles and security static data
  • Assist in project completion, including testing of tax templates
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role with a Fund Manager or Administrator
  • Firm understanding of fund accounting and accounting systems
  • Experience in support/reporting for income/yield-oriented fund types
  • Strong knowledge of operational components of Net Asset Value calculation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
