Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to join our Fund Management Team.

This is a broad role that will encompass trade administration, client data maintenance, cash processing, reconciliations and daily reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administration/client service experience gained from the financial services industry, such as funds management, banking or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely administration of the Unit Register of all Funds within the Trust
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Processing and managing cash transactions
  • Performing regular reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
  • Providing daily reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Good keyboard skills and ability to type accurately
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
