Fund Operations Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of administration, operations, and fund accounting responsibilities.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, gaining hands-on experience across both finance and fund operations. They will be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining and updating the fund registry
- Managing payments and transaction processing
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
- Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentation
- Supporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
- Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
- Leveraging technology, including AI tools, to streamline workflows
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Accounting or currently be completing one. They must also have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and be able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Prior fund administration/accounting experience is preferred but not essential
- Exposure to both fund operations and financial reporting
