Job Title:

A highly sought-after professional is needed to drive strategic demand creation programs that will propel revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B-to-B demand creation, with expertise in digital marketing strategies, including web marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, association marketing, and content syndication. They should also be proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, buying intent tools, and shared Demand Waterfall management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multifaceted demand generation campaigns that drive revenue through diverse sales channels
  • Define, build, and optimize integrated marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional field sales leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and adjust as needed to address changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
  • Support individual sales representatives in their territory plans
  • Work with the web development team to convert inbound traffic into known leads by optimizing content, messaging, and offers
  • Oversee the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales operations and marketing operations, including lead capture, nurturing via portfolio marketing, and service-level agreements (lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons, and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable)
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B-to-B demand creation, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic demand generation programs
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including web marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, association marketing, and content syndication
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, buying intent tools, and shared Demand Waterfall management
  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening and information gathering skills, and a proven ability to support sales teams in meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
