Drive Business Growth as a Revenue Expert

We're seeking a seasoned revenue growth professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key player in driving sustainable and profitable growth for our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer partnerships and brand equity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods company. You'll be expected to lead scenario planning, model price elasticity, and monitor consumer sensitivity and competitor response. Additionally, you'll partner with Sales and Marketing to design promotional calendars and conduct post-campaign analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the annual pricing strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Modeling and monitoring price elasticity to understand consumer sensitivity and competitor response
  • Leveraging data analytics software such as Excel, Tableau, or similar tools to drive insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7 years of overall experience, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods company
  • Experience in a Revenue Management role for a minimum of 2 years (desirable)
