
Digital Marketing Revenue Growth Specialist

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and first-order revenue growth across various digital channels. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy that drives high-quality leads and generates revenue.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail and data analysis. You will work closely with a team of content producers and social media specialists to create actionable digital marketing plans that drive business outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Driving ROI from digital channels through ongoing plan optimization.
- Audience building and budget management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Bridging the gap between organic and paid social media: Align organic social activity with paid efforts to achieve optimal performance.
- Reporting and analytics: Regularly report on campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize marketing materials for better results.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising.
- A proven track record of driving high ROI/ROAS across digital channels and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of building impactful paid advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable next steps.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot, and popular paid advertising channels.
