Job Overview

A Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist is a vital role that focuses on facilitating the recovery and return-to-work of individuals with psychological or physical injuries.

This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate or Full Membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Car and Valid Driver's License
  • Police Check or Willingness to Obtain Prior to Commencement
  • Ability to Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships
  • Ability to Work Autonomously and as Part of a Team
