Job Description

We are a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services, dedicated to supporting individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries to achieve their goals and live life to its fullest potential. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals;
  • Working closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to identify and address psychosocial barriers to employment and return to work outcomes;
  • Providing education and training to employers on workplace injury prevention and management strategies;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress and program outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, or a related field;
  • Experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
