Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our workforce rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers to safely and durably return to work.
This involves strategically managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective claim management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to injured workers to facilitate their safe return to work
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of service and compliance with applicable legislation
- Developing and implementing tailored strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our members and clients
