Job Role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals and make the most out of life.

In this position, you will:

  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to support people in returning to meaningful employment.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
