Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Job Description:
  • We use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
  • We make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • We support our clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • We minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • We take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • We engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
