Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
">DescriptionHelping individuals prevent workplace injuries, support rehabilitation, and facilitate successful return to employment is crucial for a healthy and productive society. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting work safety and achieving rehabilitation goals.
This position involves working closely with individuals to identify potential risks, develop strategies for prevention, and provide support throughout the rehabilitation process. Your expertise will enable clients to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful employment.
The ideal candidate will possess specialist knowledge and skills to help individuals return to work, clinical expertise to support clients' journey back to work and life, and strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve successful return to work.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or occupational therapy.
- A current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
