Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our office.

About the Role:

This is a 6-month contract opportunity where you will be responsible for providing a first point of contact for all customers, callers, and visitors to our office. You will ensure that every person who comes into contact with our front desk has a great experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they complete all required security steps before entering the site
  • Assisting our administration team with various tasks

Your Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a Front of House position, ideally within an office environment or customer-facing background
  • A warm, positive, 'can-do' approach
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Teams highly regarded
  • Exceptional customer service skills and customer focus
