Base pay and term
A$38.81/hr
Maximum Term Contract Part Time – 25 hours per week – until June 2026
A$38.81 per hour + up to 13% super
RCC Employees\' Grade 5
Responsibilities
Lead and roster a multi-skilled front of house team, manage timesheets, oversee contractors, and model exceptional customer service.
Oversee café, bar and catering operations, including stock control, compliance, and day-to-day service.
Coordinate events, performances and functions with knowledge of performing arts venues and experience across box office, front of house and hospitality.
Ensure a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment where guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience.
Skills and experience
Thrive in a team-focused, community-minded environment with a love for the arts and live events.
Experience in hospitality or venue operations, including catering, ticketing and event coordination.
Ability to lead and support a multi-skilled team, manage rosters and juggle multiple projects.
Strong administrative, cash handling and operational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing and risk management in a modern venue.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
Eligibility
A current C Class Driver\'s Licence.
A current "Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate" (RSA).
A current "Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV) Certificate" or ability to rapidly acquire.
A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate or ability to rapidly acquire.
Experience in cash handling and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours in accordance with a 7 day roster, including evenings and weekends.

Legal right to work in Australia.
