We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Coordinator to deliver exceptional front-of-house services and support the broader team in maintaining outstanding presentation, service and operational standards.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Frequently engaging with the workplace manager to manage competing priorities.
  • Providing top-notch front-of-house service at our centralised hub, delivering support to staff.
  • Collaborating with your team to craft and drive engaging workplace experiences through various programs and initiatives.
  • Supporting workplace operations and asset management by maintaining relevant tools and processes.
  • Contributing to a welcoming onboarding experience by participating in induction programs for new joiners.
  • Maintaining compliance and conducting floor inspections to assess presentation and functionality.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in workplace services, front-of-house operations or facilities coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong passion for service and people.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Effective task management and prioritisation skills.
