About the role

Cactus Jacks Redcliffe is looking for enthusiastic Front of House & Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This is a casual role based in our Redcliffe QLD 4020 location. You will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging atmosphere for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking orders and providing table service
  • Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Restocking and maintaining bar supplies
  • Ensuring the front of house and bar areas are clean and well-presented
  • Adhering to all food safety and liquor licensing regulations
  • Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a front of house or bar role within the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong knowledge of liquor products and cocktail making
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
