Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Operations Manager to lead the operations of our multi-skilled team at the Redland Performing Arts Centre. The successful applicant will ensure every customer's experience is seamless, safe, and welcoming.Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and roster a multi-skilled front of house team, manage timesheets, and oversee contractors.
- Oversee café, bar, and catering operations, including stock control, compliance, and day-to-day service.
- Coordinate events, performances, and functions with knowledge of performing arts venues and experience across box office, front of house, and hospitality.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment where guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.
Requirements:
">- Experience in hospitality or venue operations, including catering, ticketing, and event coordination.
- Ability to lead and support a multi-skilled team, manage rosters, and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong administrative, cash handling, and operational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and risk management in a modern venue.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
Eligibility:
">- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
