As a front-line ambassador for our bank, you will be the first point of contact for customers in our Narellan branch.

Job Description

This is a Fixed Term Agreement / Secondment for 12 Months. You will work part-time hours (28.75 hours per week), with a predetermined roster. Your role will involve greeting each customer and clearly understanding their enquiry to guide them to the appropriate channel. You will also build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable and professional demeanour. You will be aware of movements within the branch and ensure it's running effectively and efficiently, while ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers and providing a seamless banking experience.
  • Building connections with customers through meaningful conversations.
  • Providing options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
