Office Administrator/Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in a dynamic environment. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and friendly individual to work as the face of our office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and visitors. As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering calls, managing emails, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, and welcoming visitors with a smile.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and a friendly and professional demeanor. You will also be willing to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies and managing daily/weekly tasks
  • Welcoming visitors and offering refreshments, including coffee and fruit
  • Assisting with car charging and post office runs, as required
  • Organizing and cleaning the office desk area, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new systems
Salary:
