About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Office Administrator/Receptionist for a global client. As the face of the office, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and organised environment. Your tasks will include answering calls and emails, maintaining a clean and tidy office, welcoming visitors, and offering coffee. You will also be responsible for ordering fruit, managing daily and weekly tasks, and handling new activities as they arise. Additionally, you will assist with car charging and post office runs, and organise and clean the office desk area.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organisational and multitasking skillsFriendly and professional demeanorWillingness to learn new systems
