About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at pladis Foods Limited. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our brand strategy, working closely with our commercial teams to develop growth plans and delivering compelling and distinctive brand marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in driving the development and implementation of the brand strategy
  • Work with our commercial teams to develop growth plans and deliver compelling and distinctive brand marketing programs
  • Develop and implement key brand initiatives such as product renovation development projects, product launches, social/PR and shopper media campaigns
  • Take full responsibility for developing and implementing key brand initiatives
Requirements
  • FMCG Marketing experience (operational or development)
  • Proven Project Management experience (great organisation and collaboration skills)
  • Drive for results: someone who takes action to meet goals and objectives
  • Resilience: someone who stays with the task even when it gets tedious, difficult or inconvenient
  • Inter-personal relationships: knows how to build and maintain relationships needed for the role
