About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on marketing activity, and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in health services or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Residential Aged Care and Home Care
  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns on time and in budget
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand occupancy opportunities and challenges
  • Identify effective new marketing channels and develop marketing plans
  • Develop evaluation strategies and work with external agencies on campaign execution
  • Support the creation and publishing of engaging content
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build stakeholder relationships
About You

We are looking for an individual with 4-5 years of marketing experience, who can confidently contribute to and execute successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
