Job Opportunity: Product Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced product marketing professional to spearhead the execution of global marketing programs and support go-to-market strategy for advanced positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems within the defence sector.

  • Leading global defence marketing programs and go-to-market strategy for PNT systems within the defence sector requires a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market planning and new product introductions for complex technology systems is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years in B2B product marketing or capture marketing across a defence, aerospace, or dual-use technology environment is required.
  • Full Australian Working Rights and eligibility for Australian security clearance and/or ADF experience is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary Qualifications or an equivalent in Marketing, with additional education in communications, or business strategy being valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role involves developing messaging, content, and communications strategy for global defence markets, with a focus on the United States, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Owning the go-to-market strategy for the defence customer segment across air, land, sea, and space domains requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Conducting customer and competitor research to understand market needs and identify white space opportunities is crucial.
